Meet Our Customer Satisfaction Team

Heather Hunt - Customer Service/Estimating

Heather Hunt is Executive Press’ Customer Service Representative (CSR) and newest employee. Although she's only been a member of the EP team since December of 2009, new does not describe her experience. A Dallas native, she grew up in the printing industry, starting with her dad’s print shop. She started working in her dad's shop when she was about 12 years old. From bindery on through, she's done just about every job in a printing company over the past 20 years.

Heather’s experience is key to her day job at EP. She writes up orders and estimates jobs for clients. She fulfills orders by providing quotes and requests for the services of the company. She may be the voice you hear when you call in for an order status or as a first time customer. Every job originates at her desk.

Having fun is something Heather knows about in her away-from-work life. As a professional belly dancer, she performs in dance concerts throughout the United States. She also performs in local restaurants, private functions and at the Scarborough Renaissance Festival every Spring.

Beth Stacy - Office Manager/Bulk Mail Professional

The first voice you hear at any company can make or break your relationship with that company. So, Executive Press hired the best. Beth came on board with EP in January of 2009 and we haven't looked back since.

She started as a part time employee and was called in to help with large projects that required substantial man hours. We quickly realized that she was someone we wanted on our team permanently. Beth's ability to learn new tasks and problem solve has helped launch Executive Press to the next level.

Beth currently acts as our Office Manager and Bulk Mail guru. Beth has proven to be efficient in all aspects of her job and is always willing to pitch in a helping hand to be sure that our clients' needs are met.

When she isn't in the office, Beth enjoys time with her family and pets. She also has knack for gardening and appreciates a good book.
